Scent family guidance
We translate soft floral, warm amber, clean linen, herbal, fruit, and spice notes into room-friendly choices that customers can understand without specialist vocabulary.
Fragrance support
Chesapeake Bay Candle service is shaped around a simple idea: fragrance should be easy to choose, easy to explain, and easy to reorder when the room, season, or recipient changes.
How we help
Every question begins with the place where the fragrance will live. A small bedroom needs a different intensity than an open kitchen, a housewarming basket needs a safer note family than a personal ritual candle, and a retail shelf needs dependable naming that customers can scan quickly.
Retail shelf reset
A regional home store wanted fewer abandoned choices in the candle aisle. We grouped candles by the mood shoppers actually describe: calm bedroom, fresh entry, warm kitchen, and thoughtful gift. The revised shelf story kept scent names visible, placed reed diffusers beside matching candles, and gave staff short prompts for common questions. The result was a calmer aisle that helped customers compare without opening every vessel.
Gift program
A community event team needed affordable home gifts that still felt personal. We separated the request into three lanes: universal clean scents, cozy evening notes, and gentle floral blends. Each lane used a candle and a low-maintenance diffuser option, with care cards written in plain language. Because the format was easy to repeat, the same planning method can be used for holiday tables, welcome baskets, and small staff appreciation gifts.
